Applicants will join a growing organization focused on high-quality, globally oriented event solutions.Role Description: This part-time, on-site Sales Promoter role is based in Harare and supports the growth of Melle Prestige Events Planners’ client base. The Sales Promoter will engage prospective and existing clients, present event planning services, and promote tailored packages for weddings, corporate, and social events. Daily tasks include explaining service offerings, distributing promotional materials, assisting with in-person marketing activities, and responding to client inquiries. The role involves coordinating with the events and marketing teams to support campaigns, collect client feedback, and help improve sales strategies. The Sales Promoter will also maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions to support reporting and decision-making.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Promotion skills to present and promote event planning services effectively.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build long-term relationships.Candidates should possess basic Operating Systems and general computer literacy skills to manage client data, sales reports, and digital tools.Relevant experience in events, hospitality, retail, or service-oriented sales is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Chinhoyi, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is required.A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training in marketing, sales, or events management is an advantage.
