Explain products, features, prices, and promotionsDemonstrate products and encourage customers to purchaseAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain an attractive and well-organized counter/displayMonitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low stockProcess or assist with customer orders and payments, depending on the companyHandle customer questions, complaints, and basic after-sales support. Keep records of sales, customer feedback, and stock movementCoordinate with mall management and the company's sales team when required. Follow company policies, grooming standards, and mall regulationsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Retail is an advantage1-2 years of experience in retail sales, promotions, or a similar customer-facing role (electronics/retail background preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and explain product features confidentlyTarget-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goalsGood product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical specifications (electronics/consumer tech)Basic numeracy skills for handling payments, processing orders, and maintaining sales recordsWell-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance, in line with company and mall standardsFlexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as per mall/store timingsBasic computer/POS system knowledge is a plusFluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage for engaging a diverse customer baseUAE residence required; candidates already based in Abu Dhabi preferredBenefitsSalary: AED 3,000 + benefits as per UAE Labor Law and company policyComission: AED 1500 to 2000 depending on Performance
