Location: Dwarka, Sector 8, New DelhiJob Type: Full-TimeWork Mode: Field-Based, Salary + Incentives Open Positions: 2About the RoleAirolus Academy is looking for two proactive and target-driven Sales & Public Relations Executives to help us expand our student admissions network and build partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres and other relevant organisations.Key Responsibilities* Generate qualified student leads daily through field visits and direct outreach.* Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres and other educational institutions to explore collaborations.* Build and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, counsellors, placement cells and other key decision-makers.* Identify opportunities to conduct career seminars, workshops and aviation awareness sessions.* Promote Airolus Academy's aviation courses and career opportunities to prospective students.* Follow up with interested students and ensure leads are shared with the academy's counselling team.* Build referral networks and explore new offline channels for student acquisition.* Work closely with the admissions team to support lead conversion and enrolments.* Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, meetings conducted and follow-ups.* Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.What We're Looking For* Strong communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.* Confidence in approaching new people and pitching opportunities.* Willingness to travel locally and work extensively in the field.* Existing connections with schools, colleges or coaching centres will be a plus.What Success Looks LikeYour performance will be measured by the quality and quantity of leads generated, field activity, partnerships developed, seminars facilitated and admissions contributed.Interested candidates can share their CV on WhatsApp at +91 9840372764.
