Our teams collaborate across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Customer Success to turn business data into actionable insights and support sustainable growth.The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Reporting Analyst to support sales reporting, analyze performance data, and provide accurate insights that help teams make informed business decisions.This is an excellent opportunity for a sales analytics, business intelligence, reporting, finance, or data analysis professional looking to grow their career in an international and fully remote working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.Analyze sales data, trends, targets, and key performance indicators.Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Customer Success teams.Monitor sales performance against targets and business objectives.Maintain accurate sales databases, records, and reporting documentation.Collect and consolidate sales data from multiple sources.Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within sales performance.Support sales forecasting and performance planning activities.Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.Assist with data validation and reporting quality checks.Support CRM data management and reporting processes.Help improve reporting workflows and data accuracy.Maintain organized records and document control procedures.Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.Stay informed about sales analytics and reporting best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of experience in sales reporting, business analysis, data analysis, finance, or a related role is an advantage.Good understanding of sales metrics, reporting, and business performance analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Good written and verbal English communication skills.Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools are an advantage.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.UAE or GCC experience is an advantage but not required.Relevant analytics, finance, or business certifications are welcome but not mandatory.What We Offer🌍 Fully Remote Work Arrangement💼 Full-Time Sales Analytics Position📈 Career Growth & Professional Development📊 Exposure to Sales Performance & Business Analytics🤝 International & Collaborative Working Environment🕒 Flexible Working Environment🚀 Opportunity to Support Regional & International Sales Operations
