Join a global industry leader! 🚀Our client is one of the leading multinational Food & Beverage company, is expanding its sales team and looking to hire 8 Field Sales Representatives across Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam.Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Modern Trade Channel)Job Location: Riyadh / Jeddah / DammamReports To: Field Area ManagerBudget: SAR 6,000 - SAR 10,000 + BenefitsJob Purpose:The Field Sales Representative drives sales growth by achieving targets, securing timely orders, and ensuring strong in-store execution across assigned retail customers.Duties and Responsibilities:Achieve monthly sales targets across assigned customers, territories, and product categories.Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely order collection and product availability.Execute in-store promotions, ensuring product visibility, pricing, displays, and campaign compliance.Coordinate with store/category managers and field teams to ensure smooth trade activities and activations.Monitor stock levels and SKU availability to prevent out-of-stock situations.Track competitor activities, customer feedback, and market developments and report key insights.Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of customer and store coverage across the assigned territory.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG; confectionery experience is an advantage.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth across assigned territories or key accounts.Experience in in-store promotions, trade activities, and seasonal campaigns.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
