We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and expand our client portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify and acquire new corporate clients across various industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE.At least 3 years of experience in the digital printing, signage, advertising, or branding industry.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong network of corporate clients in the UAE is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong business development and relationship management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.Preferred Industry ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:Digital PrintingLarge Format PrintingSignageExhibition & Event BrandingVehicle GraphicsRetail BrandingCorporate GiftsPromotional ProductsPackaging PrintingWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryAttractive commission and performance incentivesEmployment visaMedical insuranceAnnual leave and public holidays as per UAE Labour LawCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive and professional working environmentHow to ApplyIf you are a motivated sales professional with experience in the digital printing industry and a passion for business development, we'd love to hear from you.Apply through Indeed by submitting your updated CV.
