About the Role

We are introducing a high-end Virtual Reality (VR) platform designed to elevate patient experience, reduce procedure anxiety, and enhance care standards across premium Aesthetic & Cosmetology Clinics, Laser Centers, and Medical Spas in Dubai.We are looking for a highly driven, polished Sales Representative based in Dubai to expand our presence in the aesthetic clinic sector. Your primary focus will be opening doors, pitching directly to Clinic Owners and Medical Directors, conducting live platform demonstrations, and closing annual subscription deals.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Prospecting: Map, conduct direct visits, and target aesthetic clinics, cosmetology centers, and medspas across Dubai.Executive Pitching: Lead live B2B product demonstrations for Clinic Owners, Medical Directors, and Practice Managers.Deal Closing: Drive the complete sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signing and annual license deployment.Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections with key decision-makers to build long-term account value.

Requirements

Target Profile: Polished professional presentation, strong commercial acumen, and proven ability to engage executive clinic management.

Location: Currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE residence visa.Experience: 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience in Aesthetic Devices, Laser Equipment, MedSpa Solutions, or High-End Healthcare Products.Languages: Fluent English (Mandatory); Arabic is a strong advantage.Mindset: Highly autonomous, results-oriented field sales professional motivated by high-margin performance payouts.Compensation & Structure:Trial Period (2 months): Performance-based commission structure with aggressive, high-margin payouts per closed agreement.Post-Trial (Upon Milestone Completion): Transition to a Full-Time Contract with a fixed Base Salary + Monthly Performance Bonuses.How to Apply:Send your CV / LinkedIn profile to info@immerseme.tech with the subject line: "Aesthetic Sales Representative".
