Sales Representative (Landscaping & Swimming Pool)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth. This position focuses on promoting and selling landscaping and swimming pool solutions to clients across Dubai. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and close high-value projects in the outdoor living space sector.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Proactively identify and pursue new leads and opportunities for landscaping and swimming pool projects in Dubai.Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation and proposal process.Sales Growth: Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales targets, ensuring consistent business pipeline development.Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure proposals are realistic, aligned with client needs, and set up for successful delivery.Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in landscaping, swimming pools, or related construction industries in Dubai.Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with landscaping and swimming pool design/construction is highly desirable.Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Licensing: Valid UAE driving license.👉 If you are a results-oriented professional with the ambition to grow and the skills to close deals, we invite you to apply and join our growing team.
