With an experienced export team, the company is expanding its reach into Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia and actively welcomes international business partnerships.Role Description The Sales Representative – North America & Europe is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities with importers, distributors, and industrial buyers across North America and Europe. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales calls and virtual meetings, preparing and presenting quotations and proposals, and coordinating sample shipments in collaboration with the export and production teams. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports. The Sales Representative will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely order execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment with quality, safety, and environmental standards.Qualifications Strong B2B sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in international markets.Experience in export sales, account management, and customer relationship management within manufacturing, packaging, or related industrial sectors.Knowledge of international trade practices, including incoterms, pricing, logistics coordination, and documentation for shipments to North America and Europe.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Comfort working in a fast-paced industrial environment, collaborating with production, logistics, and quality teams on-site in Riyadh.Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and online meeting tools for remote client engagement.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered
