We work closely with our clients to deliver innovative, impactful, and timely solutions that strengthen their brands.4M Creative House is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai.⚠️ Important: This position is strictly for candidates with previous sales experience in the DIGITAL PRINTING industry. Candidates without digital printing sales experience will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business and develop a strong portfolio of clients in the digital printing industry.Identify and approach potential customers across Dubai and the UAE.Visit clients, understand their printing requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and delivered.Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the order process.Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.Monitor competitors, market prices, and customer requirements.Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, quotations, and sales activities.Required ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years of sales experience specifically in the DIGITAL PRINTING industry.Candidates must have hands-on experience selling digital printing products/services.Experience with digital printing, large-format printing, signage, branding, stickers, banners, promotional printing, UV printing, vehicle graphics, or related digital print products is highly preferred.Existing client network in Dubai/UAE will be a strong advantage.Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Good knowledge of the UAE market.UAE driving licence is preferred.ImportantPlease apply only if you have previous professional sales experience in a DIGITAL PRINTING COMPANY.Candidates with sales experience only in general trading, real estate, telecom, banking, insurance, retail, advertising, or other unrelated industries will not be considered.What We OfferCompetitive salaryAttractive commission/incentive structureEmployment visaMedical insuranceAnnual leave as per UAE Labour LawPerformance-based career growthProfessional working environment📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Employment Type: Full-timeTo apply: Please submit your updated CV through LinkedIn.
