Sales Representative-Spare Parts-HVAC

About the CompanySKM Air Conditioning LLC is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing teamAbout the RoleServes customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Services existing accounts, obtain orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule. Enhance sales for the assigned product and territory.ResponsibilitiesRespond to all enquiries received from the various customers from designated territories and send them quotations in timeFollow up with the customers to get orders for quotationsContinuous efforts will be made to maintain potential customers to gain more businessPrepare/process received enquiries from quotation to deliveriesNegotiate and initiate to successfully close the orders with the clientsPreparing project-based spares list in coordination with Sales teamCoordinate with all the relevant departments in the company to accomplish the received ordersArrangement of proper documents for export sales (coordination with commercial, dispatch)Analyzing, monitoring spare parts movements for supply of regular ordersFollow up with customers for their outstanding payments, ensure receiptsCoordinate with finance department for credit facility up on request from potential customersPeriodic market research on price and products required to maintain the customerOpening SKM accounts in new companies via vendor registration formParticipating in sales meetings, designing sales strategies by sharing views and market information for achieving sales targetAnalyze SKM existing products and services and present recommendations and suggestions to the superiors for improvement and growthMaintain a good environment in the showroomAny other task related to his/her work or requested by the managementQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical EngineeringRequired Skills•5 years relevant HVAC experience• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels• Computer literate• Self-motivated and task oriented
