Sales Service Coordinator

We're Hiring: Sales Service Coordinator📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏭 Industry: ManufacturingWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Service Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in sales coordination and customer service within a manufacturing or industrial environment, along with SAP proficiency and strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.Process and monitor sales orders, quotations, customer requests, and related documentation.Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance, to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on order status, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order information in SAP.Prepare sales reports, order tracking updates, and other relevant documentation.Monitor pending orders, delivery schedules, and outstanding customer requirements.Support the sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high standard of customer service.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operations, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial business.Hands-on experience with SAP ERP for sales order processing and related activities.Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Must be a Saudi Preferably.Interested and qualified candidates are invited apply and fill the following form https://forms.gle/PGtQuPbm6odAKqtD8
