The team is committed to supporting customer success and helping businesses grow through impactful apparel solutions.Role Description The Sales Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Southfield, MI. This role is responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales process, including answering inquiries, providing product information, and guiding clients through customization options. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, troubleshooting issues with the online dashboard, coordinating with production and shipping teams, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery. The Sales Service Representative will also follow up with existing customers, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and maintain detailed records in CRM or order management systems. The role requires consistent in-person collaboration with team members to improve service quality, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.Qualifications Customer service and client support skills, including active listening, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach.Sales and account management abilities, such as handling inquiries, identifying customer needs, and promoting products that match those needs.Basic technical proficiency with online dashboards, order entry systems, and CRM tools, along with the ability to learn new software quickly.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain product options and processes clearly and professionally.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders, follow up on leads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interest in apparel, branding, or print-on-demand services is beneficial; prior experience in retail, printing, or e-commerce is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Southfield, MI, including reliable attendance and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
