Sales Specialist – Cleanroom Solutions

📍 Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)🌍 Region: Middle East & Africa (MEA)🏢 Company: Infinity Clean TechAbout Infinity Clean TechInfinity Clean Tech specializes in the design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of advanced modular cleanroom systems for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, semiconductor, electronics, food, research and advanced manufacturing industries.Our solutions comply with international GMP and ISO standards and support clients from concept through commissioning.As our regional operations continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to expand our presence throughout the Middle East & Africa.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities for cleanroom projects across the MEA region.Generate leads through consultants, EPC contractors, pharmaceutical manufacturers and end users.Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineering consultants and contractors.Promote Infinity Clean Tech’s cleanroom solutions and technical capabilities.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.Coordinate technical discussions with engineering and project teams.Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tender submissions.Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.Support market expansion initiatives and identify strategic partnerships.Attend exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings across the region.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or related discipline.3-5 years of sales experience within the MEA region.Experience in Cleanrooms, HVAC, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biotechnology Infrastructure or Industrial Projects.Knowledge of GMP, ISO 14644 and controlled environments.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent relationship-building ability.Self-motivated and target-driven.Willingness to travel extensively.Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).Preferred ExperienceExperience selling any of the following:Modular CleanroomsGMP FacilitiesHVAC SystemsPharmaceutical Manufacturing FacilitiesLaboratory ProjectsBiotech InfrastructureMedical Device ManufacturingSemiconductor CleanroomsResearch FacilitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageAttractive commission and performance incentivesRegional travel opportunitiesProfessional development and trainingOpportunity to contribute to high-impact projects across the Middle East & AfricaCollaborative and fast-growing international work environmentApplyinfo@infinitycleantech.comJoin us in delivering world-class cleanroom solutions that enable innovation across life sciences and advanced industries.
