The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting vehicle demonstrations, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for commercial vehicles.Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, customer visits, referrals, networking, and digital channels.Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators, transport companies, logistics firms, construction companies, government organizations, and corporate customers.Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial vehicle solutions.Conduct professional product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.Convert enquiries into confirmed orders while maintaining healthy profit margins.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with key customers.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Follow up on enquiries, quotations, deliveries, and after-sales support.Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.Maintain regular communication with existing customers to generate repeat business.Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.Collect market intelligence regarding customer requirements and emerging industry trends.Provide regular market feedback to the Sales Manager.Identify opportunities for expanding market share.Sales AdministrationMaintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.Prepare weekly sales activity reports and monthly sales forecasts.Ensure all documentation complies with company policies.Coordinate with finance for credit approvals and payment follow-ups.Coordinate with logistics and operations for vehicle deliveries.Support vehicle registration and handover process where required.CoordinationWork closely with Aftersales, Parts, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, customer events, and product launches.Assist in introducing new vehicle models into the market.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly vehicle sales target (Units)Sales revenue achievementGross profit marginNumber of new customers acquiredFleet accounts developedTest drives/product demonstrations conductedConversion rate from enquiries to ordersCustomer satisfaction scoreCRM data accuracyTimely submission of reportsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.UAE Driving License (Mandatory).Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, vans, construction equipment, or automotive industry.Experience dealing with fleet customers in the UAE market is highly preferred.
