The organization is committed to creating landmark hospitality destinations, delivering excellent guest experiences, and supporting sustainable regional growth.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and promoting EWAA’s hospitality offerings to corporate, leisure, and group clients. Daily responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting property presentations, and coordinating site visits with potential partners and guests. The role involves collaborating with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and to support revenue targets. The Sales Specialist will also monitor market trends, participate in sales meetings and training sessions, and maintain accurate sales records and reports.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and contribute to revenue growth.Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, share best practices, and help elevate team sales performance.Candidates should have experience in hospitality, tourism, or related service industries, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field are preferred.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities, use CRM and MS Office tools effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
