The team is committed to providing professional, compliant real estate services and supporting clients throughout their property transactions.Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, remote position focused on promoting and selling the company’s real estate offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting prospective clients, presenting available properties, responding to inquiries, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial interest to closing. The Sales Specialist will maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and support marketing campaigns. The role also involves providing clear information about property features, pricing, and terms, while ensuring a professional and customer-centered experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, meet targets, and support structured sales processes.Candidates should possess Training skills to support client education on property options and internal knowledge sharing when needed.Relevant experience in real estate sales or related fields is beneficial.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time well, and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems is an advantage.High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
