The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with customers, and promote XCMG’s construction machinery solutions. This role includes preparing proposals, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiating contract terms in line with company policies. The Sales Specialist will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and quality after-sales support. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing regular sales reports, and supporting training activities for customers and internal stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity management, and closing deals in a B2B environment.Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support sales planning, performance tracking, and product or sales training sessions.Experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia, including regular customer visits and field activities.Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.
