This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, and presenting digital marketing solutions that align with client needs. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up to close deals. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure service quality. The role also requires tracking performance metrics and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and client satisfaction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed targets.Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to support team development and help clients understand proposed solutions.Candidates should possess basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools, along with strong negotiation and presentation skills.Candidates should possess a results-oriented mindset, the ability to work on-site in New Cairo, and proficiency in English and Arabic; prior experience in B2B sales or digital marketing services is an advantage.
