Job PurposeGrow profitable sales of the company’s agricultural machinery portfolio — tractors and implements, harvesting machinery, irrigation systems, and dairy and livestock equipment — across the assigned territory. The role builds long-term relationships with farm owners, agricultural and dairy companies, agri-project contractors and government buyers, and supports them through the full equipment lifecycle in order to deliver revenue, margin and market-share targets.2. Key Responsibilities2.1 Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by value, unit volume and product line.Develop and execute a territory plan covering farms, agricultural and dairy companies, poultry operations, contractors and government / semi-government projects.Identify, qualify and convert new customers while increasing share of wallet within existing accounts.Plan sales activity around the agricultural calendar — land preparation, planting, irrigation and harvest peaks — to anticipate demand and position stock accordingly.Conduct regular field visits, on-farm product demonstrations and machine trials.Prepare quotations, technical proposals and tender submissions in line with approved pricing policy and authority limits.Negotiate price, trade-in valuations, delivery schedules and payment terms within delegated authority.2.2 Administration, Reporting & CollectionsMaintain accurate customer records, machine population data and pipeline status in the CRM system.Submit weekly activity reports and monthly / quarterly sales forecasts to the Sales Manager.Support the finance department with credit applications, machinery financing and leasing arrangements, and the collection of overdue receivables.Ensure sales documentation, contracts and delivery paperwork comply with company policy and applicable regulations.3. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing; a diploma in agricultural mechanization combined with strong relevant experience may be considered.3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in agricultural machinery, heavy equipment or agricultural inputs within Saudi Arabia.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.Practical understanding of tractors and implements, harvesting machinery, irrigation systems, and dairy and livestock equipment.Familiarity with agricultural financing and leasing, including Agricultural Development Fund programs.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluent Arabic with good working English (written and spoken).Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel extensively to farms and rural locations within the assigned territory.
