HelloShop is built for first-time founders and side-hustle creators who need practical, location-specific guidance. The app includes a built-in AI advisor that offers grounded recommendations rather than generic tips, helping users make confident business choices.Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This position is responsible for engaging prospective users and business partners, explaining HelloShop’s value proposition, and driving product adoption and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Specialist collaborates with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback, supports training sessions for new users or resellers, and manages basic sales reporting and pipeline tracking.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive user experience.Demonstrated Sales capability, including lead follow-up, product pitching, and closing opportunities.Experience in Training or onboarding customers, resellers, or team members on digital products or apps.Exposure to Sales Management activities such as basic forecasting, pipeline tracking, or CRM usage is an advantage.Comfort working with mobile apps or SaaS products; interest in AI or technology-driven solutions is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, with strong time management and organization skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
