By enabling dental teams to manage patients, employees, insurance partners, suppliers, inventory, and more within a single integrated system, Dentolize eliminates the need for multiple software tools.About the RoleAre you a proactive, consultative sales professional with a track record of closing deals and communicating technical value? We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will act as a primary driver of customer acquisition, turning qualified clinic leads into long-term partners. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from initial consultation and live software demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure. Beyond closing sales, you will ensure a seamless transition for new clients by accurately aligning expectations and coordinating closely with our Onboarding and Customer Success teams.ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Consultative SellingFollow up promptly with assigned leads and prospects to identify clinic pain points, workflows, and operational needs.Qualify prospects against Dentolize standards to ensure high-fit customer acquisition.Position Dentolize’s value proposition effectively to practice owners, clinic managers, and healthcare professionals.Product Demonstrations & Deal ClosingPrepare and deliver clear, engaging, and solution-oriented software demonstrations tailored to prospect needs.Manage objection handling, address technical or operational concerns, and negotiate contract terms to close deals.Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.Customer Alignment & Cross-Functional HandoverSet accurate expectations regarding platform capabilities, implementation timelines, and onboarding processes to avoid operational misalignment.Facilitate structured customer handovers to the Customer Success and Implementation teams to support long-term retention and account stability.CRM Management & Pipeline TrackingMaintain strict CRM compliance by accurately updating sales activities, deal stages, lead notes, and pipeline forecasts.Monitor key pipeline metrics, including lead response times, demo completion rates, and opportunity conversion rates.QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, B2B or B2C sales, or SaaS/software sales, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or practice management solutions.Consultative Approach: Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales pipelines, conducting live product demos, and closing deals.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to build trust with clinic owners and decision-makers.Location: Ability to work full-time on-site at our office in Cairo, Egypt.Preferred SkillsPrior experience selling software, SaaS platforms, or healthcare technology into dental or medical clinics.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: Fixed monthly salary based on experience and role seniority.Performance Incentives: Monthly performance-based commissions or KPI bonuses.Social & Medical Insurance: Full social insurance coverage and comprehensive private health insurance.Professional Growth: Direct exposure to scaling healthcare SaaS products, structured career advancement paths, and hands-on strategic learning.Work Environment: Collaborative, fast-paced, and modern office culture located in Cairo, Egypt.
