Sales Specialist

Our client, a leading player in the IT distribution and enterprise technology solutions industry, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their growing team in Dubai, UAE. Reporting directly to the Partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth across local and international markets, with a particular focus on Africa, CIS, the Middle East, and UAE.The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise IT product knowledge, reseller sales experience, and excellent relationship management skills, which will align successfully in the organization.About the RequirementsDevelop and grow B2B business opportunities across UAE, Middle East, Africa, and CIS markets through reseller and channel partner networks.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.Drive sales of enterprise technology solutions, including servers, storage, and infrastructure products from leading global brands.Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and account management.Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion by identifying emerging opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.About YouMinimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, IT Distribution, System Integration, or Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environments.Strong experience selling HPE, Dell EMC, Lenovo Enterprise, and related server, storage, networking, or infrastructure solutions.Proven B2B and reseller-to-reseller (R2R) sales experience with an established customer network across UAE, Africa, CIS, and Middle East markets.Job Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
