Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.Present and promote the company’s shipping and logistics services to clients.Understand customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions.Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up with clients to close deals.Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and opportunities.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Sales.2+ years of experience in Shipping / Logistics is a MUST.Strong understanding of the shipping and logistics industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong customer relationship management skills.Target-oriented and results-driven.Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.Good command of English is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
