Al-Menu Co. also provides ongoing support and operational guidance to help clients enhance profitability and sustain long-term growth.Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Al-Menu Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective restaurant clients, present Al-Menu Co.’s SMART OPERATIONS solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, following up with leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role also involves collaborating with Operations Managers to align sales offerings with client needs, supporting training and onboarding for new clients, and regularly reporting on sales performance and market trends.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.Candidates should possess Training skills to support client onboarding and help restaurant teams adopt new systems and processes.Experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry is highly beneficial.Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology, operations, or service solutions.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentation software).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
