The company focuses on transparency, convenience, and a trusted user experience, supporting both consumers and local businesses in the region.Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for FreeQuotes.ae. This role involves contacting potential customers and service providers, presenting platform benefits, and guiding them through registration and onboarding. The Sales Specialist will follow up on leads, manage a sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, resolving basic customer inquiries, and coordinating with customer service and marketing teams to optimize promotions and campaigns. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and handle inquiries professionally.Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet targets, manage leads, and convert opportunities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in Training and Sales Management to support team development, share best practices, and contribute to sales processes.Knowledge of digital marketplaces or online platforms, especially within the UAE market, is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Proficiency in basic CRM or sales tracking tools; familiarity with MS Office or similar software.Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages spoken in the UAE are a plus.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
