Sales Specialist – Air FreightMunawla Cargo Company is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist – Air Freight to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting Munawla’s air freight and logistics solutions. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in air freight or freight forwarding sales and a practical understanding of air cargo import and export operations.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new air freight business opportunities in the Jeddah market.Generate leads, approach prospective customers, and build a strong sales pipeline.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Understand customer shipping requirements and recommend suitable air freight and logistics solutions.Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with pricing and operations teams.Coordinate competitive air freight rates, routing options, transit times, and service solutions.Follow up on sales leads, quotations, customer inquiries, and business opportunities.Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer follow-ups.Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining healthy margins and service quality.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of sales experience in Air Freight or Freight Forwarding.Practical knowledge of air freight import and export operations.Understanding of air freight quotations, rates, routing, transit times, and chargeable weight.Ability to generate new business and independently manage sales opportunities.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.Good knowledge of the Jeddah freight forwarding and logistics market is preferred.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.Currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.Ability to work full-time, on-site in Jeddah.About Munawla Cargo CompanyEstablished in 1997, Munawla Cargo Company is a 100% Saudi-owned freight forwarding and logistics company with operations in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
