The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored software solutions to prospective clients. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with customer service and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also gather market feedback to help improve sales strategies and product positioning.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support clients effectively.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to drive revenue growth.Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support client onboarding and contribute to structured sales processes.Candidates should possess familiarity with CRM tools, basic business software, and an understanding of B2B or SaaS sales environments.Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Dubai, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.Relevant experience in software or technology sales and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.Experience in Software Industry or Finance Industry is Preferredthe Candidate Must be Based in Dubai
