Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to drive sales and business development for our range of automotive and industrial lubricants. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, expanding distributor and dealer networks, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the lubricants, automotive, industrial, oil & gas, or related petroleum products sector, combined with a proven track record in B2B sales and customer relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue, volume, and profitability targets.Identify and develop new customers across automotive, industrial, commercial, fleet, and distribution channels.Promote the company's range of engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, greases, transmission fluids, and industrial lubricants.Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, workshops, fleet operators, industrial companies, and other key accounts.Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, customer visits, networking, and referrals.Conduct regular customer meetings and product presentations to understand requirements and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions.Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, pricing agreements, and sales contracts.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions within approved company guidelines.Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.Monitor customer payments and support the collection of outstanding receivables.Track competitor activities, market pricing, new products, and industry developments.Identify opportunities to expand the company's distributor and dealer network.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer pipelines, visit reports, and CRM records.Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and other business-development activities.Provide regular sales and market intelligence reports to management.Support the introduction and commercialisation of new lubricant products.Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.Approximately 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within lubricants, automotive oils, petroleum products, industrial chemicals, or a related sector.
