Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleMaylaa Group is seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in chocolate retail.

The successful candidate will assist customers with product selection, prepare gift arrangements and deliver excellent service while supporting the store’s sales targets.Key Responsibilities* Welcome customers and recommend chocolates, gift boxes and arrangements based on their preferences and occasions.* Explain flavours, ingredients and allergen information accurately using approved product information.* Achieve individual sales targets and recommend suitable additional products.* Prepare chocolate boxes, gift wrapping and customised arrangements to company standards.* Handle customer orders, including corporate gifts and special occasions, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation.* Process sales and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.* Maintain attractive displays and a clean, organised store.* Monitor stock levels, replenish products and support inventory counts.* Check expiry dates, rotate stock and follow required storage and food-handling procedures.* Build customer relationships and handle enquiries professionally.* Follow company policies, hygiene standards and cash-handling procedures.Requirements* Previous sales experience in chocolate retail is required, preferably with at least two years in a similar role.* Knowledge of chocolate products, gift presentation and customer service.* Experience in gift wrapping and preparing chocolate arrangements.* Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.* Confidence in recommending products and achieving sales targets.* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and accurate cash handling.* Attention to detail, professional presentation and a positive attitude.* Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
