Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleMaylaa Group is seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in perfume retail.

The successful candidate will help customers discover fragrances, deliver excellent service and contribute to the store’s sales targets.Key Responsibilities* Welcome customers and recommend fragrances based on their preferences, budget and occasion.* Explain fragrance notes, concentrations, product ranges and brand stories.* Demonstrate perfumes using testers and scent strips according to company standards.* Achieve individual sales targets and support overall store performance.* Recommend complementary products and gift sets suited to customer needs.* Build lasting customer relationships and follow up through approved company channels.* Stay informed about new launches, promotions and fragrance trends.* Prepare gift wrapping and ensure purchases are presented professionally.* Process sales and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.* Maintain attractive displays, clean counters and organised testers.* Support stock replenishment and inventory counts, reporting shortages or discrepancies.* Handle customer enquiries professionally and refer complaints to the store manager when needed.* Follow company policies, stock-control procedures and service standards.Requirements* Minimum two years of sales experience in perfume retail.* Good knowledge of fragrance families, notes and concentrations.* Experience with niche or luxury fragrance brands is an advantage.* Strong customer-service skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.* Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and accurate cash handling.* Professional presentation, attention to detail and a positive attitude.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.* Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
