🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales Specialist(BD & Inhouse Accounts) – KemipexAre you a hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and turning prospects into long-term customers?At Kemipex, we’re looking for a driven Sales professional(BD & Inhouse Accounts)to generate new business through proactive outbound sales, grow existing accounts, and work closely with our Business Development Manager.🔹 What You’ll Be Doing📞 Build the PipelineMake daily outbound calls and proactively reach potential customers through email, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.Research target companies and build strong prospect lists.Identify decision-makers and qualify customer requirements, volumes, timelines, and buying processes.🤝 Convert OpportunitiesPresent Kemipex’s product portfolio and identify the right solutions for customer needs.Arrange customer meetings and coordinate technical discussions, samples, and product trials.Prepare quotations within approved pricing and margin guidelines.Follow up consistently, negotiate within authority, and convert opportunities into orders.📈 Grow Existing AccountsDevelop strong relationships with assigned in-house customers.Drive repeat business through regular engagement.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Re-engage dormant accounts and turn them into active customers.⚙️ Coordinate & DeliverWork closely with Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order execution.Coordinate stock availability, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, market activity, and competitors.🎯 Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, persistent, curious, and comfortable with proactive selling.The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in the chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical, or a similar industry.If you enjoy cold calling, prospecting, meeting customers, negotiating, and winning new business, we’d love to hear from you.📩 Interested?
