Sales Specialist

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for interior design and outdoor luxury? We are looking for a results-driven Outdoor Furniture Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dubai.In this role, you will be the face of our premium outdoor collections, driving business growth through face-to-face client visits, showroom consultations, and project acquisitions. You will work closely with residential clients, landscape designers, and hospitality procurement teams to transform their outdoor spaces.What You Will Do (Responsibilities):Drive Field Sales: Actively identify and visit potential clients, hospitality venues, designers, and developers across the UAE to pitch our outdoor furniture ranges.Consult & Close: Meet with clients to understand their aesthetic and functional needs, offer expert product advice, and close high-value sales deals.Manage the Pipeline: Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and following up on showroom inquiries, while maintaining accurate records in our CRM.See Projects Through: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial consultation and site measurement to quotation preparation, delivery coordination, and after-sales care.What We Are Looking For (Requirements):Experience: 1 to 3 years of direct field sales experience in furniture, interior design, fit-out, or luxury retail within the UAE market.License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory (with a clean driving record) as this role requires extensive travel to client sites.Knowledge: Familiarity with outdoor furniture materials (treated teak, synthetic rattan, weather-resistant fabrics) and how they perform in the Gulf climate.Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a target-driven mindset, and excellent verbal and written English communication. Fluency in Arabic is a major plus.Resilience: Comfortable managing outdoor site visits and working in a fast-paced environment.Supplemental Pay Types:Commission pay (Uncapped)Performance bonus
