Sales Specialist

Company & RoleMoonbox is an AI-first branding and creative agency looking for a hands-on Sales Officer with 4–5 years of sales experience, including at least 3–4 years in a similar agency.Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of converting leads into clients are essential. You’ll own the sales process from discovery and proposals through follow-up, negotiation and closing.Strong practical experience using AI tools and agentic workflows is critical. You should be comfortable using them daily for prospect research, proposal preparation, personalised follow-ups and sales pipeline management, while applying sound judgment and maintaining quality.This is a target-driven role, with revenue achievement, lead-to-sale conversion and consistent follow-through as key KPIs.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or agency environment.Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training abilities to manage accounts, support sales processes, and contribute to team development.Relevant experience in branding, marketing, advertising, or technology (Web3, blockchain, or digital products) is highly beneficial.Strong presentation, negotiation, and CRM software skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, are preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
