The AI receptionist answers incoming calls in Romanian, manages bookings and orders, checks real-time availability, sends confirmations, and transfers calls to humans when needed. It integrates with existing phone numbers and can handle multiple calls simultaneously, supporting appointment-based businesses such as restaurants, clinics, salons, and auto services. Each implementation is tailored to the client’s services, schedule, and operating rules, ensuring the AI feels natural and aligned with the business. Elevio works closely with each customer to deliver reliable, business-specific phone support.Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Elevio is a full-time, remote position. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify leads, present Elevio’s AI voice receptionist solutions to prospective clients, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demos, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves collaborating with the implementation team to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding experience, providing basic training and guidance to new clients as needed.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with prospective and existing clients.Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a B2B environment.Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management abilities to support client onboarding and contribute to improving the sales process.Candidates should ideally have experience working with technology or SaaS products, especially in small business or appointment-based sectors.Candidates should demonstrate fluency in Romanian and good written and spoken English, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
