Sales Specialist (Medical Device)

Wonder Aesthetics is expanding across the UAE and is looking for a passionate, ambitious, and results-driven Medical Device Sales Specialist to join our growing team.If you have a successful track record in the dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medical device industry, and enjoy building long-term partnerships with leading clinics and physicians, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Wonder Aesthetics’ innovative medical aesthetic technologies across your assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and clinic owners.Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic account development plans.Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands-on workshops.Collaborate with KOLs and support scientific and marketing activities, including congresses, exhibitions, and educational events.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through CRM.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.Coordinate with clinical, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience before and after installation.Support product launches and contribute to the successful expansion of the Wonder Aesthetics portfolio in the UAE.RequirementsMinimum 2 years sales experience in the medical aesthetics or dermatology device industry within the UAE.Established network of dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, and key decision-makers.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Good in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Valid UAE Driving License.What We OfferCompetitive salary with an attractive commission structure.Career growth within a rapidly expanding international medical aesthetics company.Continuous product and clinical training.Opportunity to represent innovative, cutting-edge technologies in the aesthetic industry.Interested candidates are invited to apply by sending their CV to: HR@wonder-world.clinic
