Sales Staff

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Staff member will engage directly with customers in the showroom, provide product information, and support customers in selecting items that meet their needs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining product features and pricing, processing sales transactions, and handling returns or exchanges in line with company policies. The role involves maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales area, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with the team to restock and display products. The Sales Staff member will also follow up with potential and existing customers, support basic sales reporting activities, and uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with a diverse clientele.Candidates should possess basic sales and retail skills, including handling cash or POS systems, managing transactions, and supporting upselling and cross-selling activities.Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain product displays, track stock levels, and prioritize tasks during busy periods.Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and unexpected situations calmly and effectively.Candidates should possess language skills relevant to the Dubai market; proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.Candidates should possess basic technology skills, including comfort with using POS software, email, and simple reporting tools.Candidates should possess a professional appearance and demeanor and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles in the UAE is preferred but not mandatory.
