Sales Supervisor (alkhafji-albahaa-yanbu)

PurposeBe an ambassador of the company & brand, serves as a role model in client service by making the customer experience the priority and consistently achieving monthly sales targets, as well as effectively performing operation functions / sales process and procedures.Complete awareness of industry main KPIs: CSI, NPS, Conversion rations from leads generated & walk-in customers.Maintain company assets in a good condition: Branch, demo vehicles & devices.Roles & Responsibilities:· Ensure Branch sales target achievement· Coaching sales consultants to meet sales targets· Overseeing the sales process from start to end· Monitoring sales performance and motivating staff· Ensure exceed customer expectation towards CSI & NPS· Daily monitor SCs activities: prospection, leads respond, Walkin, test drive, quotations.· Report in daily, weekly and monthly basis all branch activities.· Awareness of regional market status: competitors· Awareness of retail finance procedures· High and effective communication with support departments.· Facilitate any challenges will face his team, keeping them focusing on their targets· Support any of company activities if required· Active on company / Brand social media activities· Work on team development

Qualifications

· Years of experience (min 2 – max 7) for same position· Bachelor degree· English language
