قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجMain Job PurposeThe Sales Supervisor will oversee and support a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring effective territory coverage, customer engagement, pipeline management, and achievement of individual and team sales targets. The role will work closely with the Department Head to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial performance, and expand the product portfolio within the market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and supervise a team of Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, field follow-ups, and coaching sessions to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.Monitor sales performance across team members and take timely action to address gaps, opportunities, and underperformance.Review monthly sales forecasts, customer visit plans, pipeline activities, and target achievement reports.Support the Department Head in identifying opportunities for business expansion, including new products, customer acquisition, and market development.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers, KOLs, and relevant stakeholders.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses, follow-ups, and resolution of customer concerns.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, product launches, merchandising practices, and customer feedback.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, operational needs, and order-related matters are addressed effectively.Support the management of receivables and overdue payments by regularly reviewing outstanding AR and following company policies.Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to management.Participate in the recruitment and selection process by supporting pre-final interviews for Sales Representative positions.Conduct periodic, mid-year, and annual performance reviews for team members.EducationBachelor of Pharmacy or any related sciences, MBA is a PlusQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.Experience in product sales within the UAE pharmaceutical distribution industry – relations with KOLS (pharmacy chains, hospitals, purchasers)Strong understanding of pharmacy retail channels and OTC market dynamics.UAE driving license is mandatory.Computer SkillsMS Office and computer SkillsLocation Covering Dubai & NE
