Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole - Sales SupervisorLocation – Riyadh, JeddahRole PurposeThe Sales Representative is the front-line point of contact between the company and its trade customers — pharmacies, pharmacy chains, medical showrooms, and similar outlets — for the home medical devices and adult diapers category. The role owns order collection and relationship coverage across an assigned territory (Jeddah or Riyadh) and is accountable for achieving annual sales targets, with an annual bonus tied directly to target achievement.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, planned visits to pharmacies, pharmacy chains, medical showrooms, and other assigned outlets within the territory (Jeddah or Riyadh).
- Collect and process customer orders accurately and in line with company procedures, ensuring timely submission for fulfillment.
- Achieve assigned annual sales targets for the home medical devices and adult diapers portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with pharmacy staff, store owners, and showroom decision-makers to protect and grow shelf presence and order volume.
- Monitor stock levels, product placement, and competitor activity at outlets, and report market intelligence back to the Sales Supervisor.
- Follow up on outstanding orders, returns, and basic account queries, escalating commercial issues to the Sales Supervisor as needed.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of visits, orders, and customer information, using CRM tools where available.
- Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant trade practices.Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Sales Representative), ideally covering pharmacies, pharmacy chains, or medical showrooms.
- Medical or pharmaceutical background preferred (e.g., prior experience selling into pharmacy or medical-device channels).
- University degree preferred; a diploma or associate degree is acceptable where the candidate has solid, directly relevant field sales experience — experience in the target market (pharmacies, pharmacy chains, medical showrooms) can waive the degree requirement.
- Conversational English is sufficient; fluency is not mandatory.
- CRM experience preferred.
