We value collaboration, continuous learning, practical innovation, and ownership in a fast-paced environment.We are currently looking for an experienced Ecommerce Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.Provide continuous coaching, guidance, and performance support.Monitor individual and team sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.Follow up on leads, orders, customer interactions, and conversion performance.Identify performance gaps and implement practical improvement plans.Prepare, analyze, and follow up on sales reports and KPIs.Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.Support the team in handling sales challenges and complex customer situations.Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and follow-up procedures.QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in Sales.Proven experience in supervising, managing, and developing a sales team.Strong hands-on experience in E-commerce Sales.Previous experience working with the Saudi or GCC market is required.Proven ability to coach, support, and guide sales representatives.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and consistently drive sales targets.Strong customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.How to ApplyPlease send your updated CV to:hr@viral-social-media.comEmail subject:Ecommerce Sales Supervisor – Tanta
