Sales Supervisor

Therefore, we carefully select fine natural ingredients and craft unique aromatic compositions that inspire elegance and distinction.Job Purpose:Supports branch operations by monitoring sales activities, inventory movement, branch performance, and staff compliance to ensure smooth retail operations and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular branch visits and monitor daily operations.Follow up on sales invoices, inventory transfers, and branch reports.Supervise product displays and promotional materials in branches.Identify branch issues and support problem resolution.Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company standards.Support sales development and achievement of regional targets.Conduct periodic and surprise inventory checks.Ensure branches maintain a professional appearance and operational standards.Coordinate branch operational needs and follow up on POS and banking devices.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or branch operations.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
