Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

Supervise, guide, and support the sales team.Acquire new customers through visits and direct outreach.Monitor the sales team's performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.Present sales proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree ( mandatory )Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.Previous experience in supervising or leading sales teams is preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Must own a car (mandatory requirement). Work Location : Qotor ,Tanta Working hours and days Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 5pm المهام الوظيفية:-- الإشراف على فريق المبيعات الميداني وتوجيهه- استقطاب عملاء جدد من خلال الزيارات الميدانية- متابعة أداء فريق المبيعات وتحقيق المستهدفات- تقديم العروض البيعية وإغلاق الصفقاتالمؤهلات المطلوبة:-- مؤهل جامعي (شرط أساسي)- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات- خبرة سابقة في الإشراف أو قيادة فرق مبيعات (يفضل)- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض- امتلاك سيارة (شرط أساسي)مكان العمل: قطور - طنطا أيام وساعات العمل: السبت إلى الخميس، من الساعة 9 صباحًا حتى 5 مساءً.
