Sales Support & Operations Executive

🚨 We’re Hiring | Sales Support & Operations ExecutiveAlpha Global Projects Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and we are looking for a Sales Support & Operations Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai.This role is ideal for someone with experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, shipping or transportation who enjoys working across both commercial coordination and operational execution.🔹 What You’ll DoSales SupportAssist the sales team with enquiries, RFQs, quotations and commercial proposalsCoordinate with customers for requirements, cargo details and documentationObtain and compare freight, transportation, port and other vendor ratesPrepare costing sheets and quotation follow-upsMaintain enquiry and quotation trackersFollow up with customers on quotations and pending requirementsOperationsCoordinate shipments from booking through final deliveryLiaise with shipping lines, transporters, CHA, ports, surveyors, agents and other service providersMonitor vessel schedules, cargo readiness, documentation and operational milestonesCoordinate ODC, project cargo, breakbulk and container shipmentsEnsure timely execution and proactively highlight operational issuesMaintain shipment records and provide regular status updates to customersCoordination & ReportingAct as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Customers and VendorsMaintain accurate shipment and commercial recordsPrepare daily/weekly operational and sales reportsFollow up on pending documents, approvals, payments and operational requirementsSupport the team in ensuring every shipment moves smoothly from Enquiry → Quotation → Booking → Execution → Delivery🔹 Who We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or project cargoGood understanding of ocean freight and logistics operationsStrong follow-up and coordination skillsGood command of MS Excel and MS OfficeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasksSomeone who is proactive, organised and comfortable taking responsibilityExperience in Project Cargo, ODC, Breakbulk, Heavy Lift or Special Equipment logistics will be a strong advantage.📍 Position DetailsPosition: Sales Support & Operations Executive
