Its success is driven by an experienced team of fragrance and beauty professionals who bring passion and expertise to every stage of the process.Role DescriptionThe Sales Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamarac, FL. This role supports the sales team by managing administrative and operational tasks that help ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process.Key responsibilities include supporting wholesale orders from initial entry through shipment, preparing customer-facing documents, creating and maintaining wholesale price lists, updating customer records, tracking inventory availability, and monitoring shipment status. The coordinator will communicate with customers, retail partners, and internal teams to answer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and help maintain strong account relationships.This role will also support TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms by assisting with order management, product and listing updates, inventory coordination, customer inquiries, reporting, and general account administration. The coordinator will help ensure that product information, pricing, and inventory are accurate across sales channels.Day-to-day responsibilities include compiling sales reports, updating CRM and internal systems, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, coordinating communication between sales, operations, warehouse, marketing, and external accounts, and monitoring sales performance metrics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications* Strong customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Experience supporting wholesale orders, order entry, pricing, shipment tracking, or account coordination.* Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.* Ability to create and maintain price lists, sales reports, customer records, and sales documentation.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.* Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems.* Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple deadlines.* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, wholesale, beauty, fragrance, or consumer goods preferred.* High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
