CAS aims to deliver branded equipment at competitive prices, supported by technical expertise, spare parts, and timely service from a specialist hygienic supplier.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support Engineer role based in Pune. The Sales Support Engineer will provide technical and application support to the sales team and customers, helping to select and size Alfa Laval flow equipment solutions for process industry clients. Responsibilities include preparing technical proposals and quotations, reviewing specifications and drawings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order execution. The role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting after-sales service, and maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge. The Sales Support Engineer will also assist in sales operations activities such as documentation, reporting, and maintaining CRM or sales tools to support business growth.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret process requirements, technical specifications, and performance data.Technical support capabilities, including equipment selection, application engineering, and basic troubleshooting.Effective communication skills for collaborating with sales teams, internal stakeholders, and customers.Experience in sales operations, including proposal preparation, quotations, order coordination, and documentation.Customer service skills to manage inquiries, provide timely responses, and support long-term client relationships.Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical field).Knowledge of process industries such as dairy, food, beverage, biopharma, or pharmaceuticals is an advantage.Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Pune, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.Please do share your CV on e-mail: dev@alfacas.comWhatsapp: +91 9881096384
