We’re Hiring: Sales Support

Location: Jakarta, IndonesiaSalary: IDR 18,000,000 – 27,000,000/monthExperience: 1–5 yearsWe are looking for a Japanese-speaking Sales Support professional to join our team in Indonesia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, supporting sales activities, and coordinating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accompany Japanese sales staff to client meetings and provide interpretation supportPrepare proposals, presentations, and explanatory materialsSupport customers during service implementation and rolloutCoordinate between the Japan headquarters and the Indonesia local teamConduct selected inside sales activities for new client acquisition

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or aboveBusiness-level Japanese communication, JLPT N2 or higherExperience in client-facing roles, sales support, interpretation, or customer supportPreferred:B2B sales experienceExperience selling SaaS or IT servicesSales experience within the manufacturing sectorJLPT N1
