The role involves supporting the sales team with order processing, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate customer records. The individual will coordinate logistics activities, including shipment planning, documentation, and follow-up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, tracking orders, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales operations and streamline processes.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to manage data, track orders, and support decision-making.Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Experience in Sales Operations, including order processing, documentation, and CRM or ERP systems.Previous logistics experience, preferably within distribution, trading, or related industries.Knowledge of international shipping, incoterms, and basic trade documentation is an advantage.Ability to work accurately under time constraints and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
