Team members join a culture focused on creativity, self-expression, and inspiring individuals to feel empowered in what they wear.Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Temecula, CA, responsible for supporting daily store operations and driving sales performance. This role oversees and motivates the sales team on the floor, models outstanding customer service, and ensures a welcoming, inclusive environment for all shoppers. The Sales Team Lead assists with task delegation, monitors key performance indicators, and contributes to achieving sales targets and conversion goals. Responsibilities include coaching team members, handling customer concerns, supporting visual merchandising standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role also involves opening and closing procedures, accurate cash handling, and collaborating with store leadership to execute promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills to drive revenue, build customer loyalty, and create positive in-store experiences.Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Communication skills to lead, motivate, and support diverse team members while maintaining clear, professional interactions.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales metrics, understand customer trends, and help optimize store performance.Candidates should possess basic retail operations skills, including cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and adherence to loss prevention and safety procedures.Previous experience in fashion retail or a similar customer-facing environment, ideally in a supervisory or lead role, is highly beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods, work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and adapt in a fast-paced setting is required.Strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture are essential.
