Hiring for Field Sales Team Leader in DubaiDevelop systems and processes to measure and report the performance of the existing sales team.Negotiate and customise minimum standards of performance with each individual sales manager based upon their experience, competencies, and territory.Develop an on-going sales recruitment process and implement it continuously.Grow the sales team in quantity and quality by: hands-on coaching, role playing practise and continuous reference to a ‘Success Guide’ that you will develop.Perform traditional account management, sales and servicing of a maximum of 2 or 3 major accounts deemed important to the business.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and sales revenue.Promote the adoption in real time by the sales team of continuous CRM maintenance in conjunction with the Sales Process.
